- Point Cloud & Depth Mapping: A 3D sensor scans the top layer of the pallet in seconds, generating a spatial depth map. This defines the precise coordinate, height, and angle (roll, pitch, yaw) of each box.
- Handling Non-Uniform and Mixed Pallets: Colleague cartons of varying dimensions (mixed-depalletizing) or sagged plastic sacks are identified and isolated using advanced machine vision software.
- Slip Sheet Detection: The vision system detects intermediate cardboard slip sheets, directing the robotic gripper to peel and discard them between layers.

To successfully pick components from a pallet and transfer them to a conveyor, precise positioning is required.
